Cash Contributions: One way to contribute to the ongoing operations of Catholic Community Hospice is to make a cash contribution to the agency. Undesignated cash contributions will be used for operational expenses and special projects.

Memorial Contributions: Another way to support the work of Catholic Community Hospice is to make a contribution in the name of your loved one, and to encourage others to do likewise. To make a memorial contribution, simply contact Catholic Community Hospice at the number below, and provide some basic information about your loved one. Contributions made in your loved one’s name by other parties will be recorded and made available to you for your convenience.
